• Lead & Disciple: Plan and teach weekly student gatherings, creating an engaging environment where students grow in their faith.
• Innovate & Reach: Find creative ways to connect with students inside and outside the church—school visits, community outreach, social media engagement, and more.
• Build & Equip: Develop student leaders, recruit and train volunteers, and foster a culture where students take ownership of their faith.
• Plan & Execute: Organize events, retreats, camps, and mission opportunities that bring students together and strengthen their walk with Jesus.
• Be Present & Invested: Form authentic relationships with students and their families, meeting them where they are and guiding them toward Christ.
